Instructions for Meta / Facebook / WhatsApp Users

If you have connected your Meta account, Facebook login, or WhatsApp Cloud API with Vridhi AI, you can remove our access and request user data deletion directly through your Facebook account settings by following these official steps:

  1. Step 1: Log into your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Step 2: In the left sidebar under Your activity and permissions, click on Apps and Websites.
  3. Step 3: In the search box or app list, locate Vridhi AI.
  4. Step 4: Click Remove next to Vridhi AI.
  5. Step 5: To purge all data previously shared with Vridhi AI, check the box "Delete posts, videos or events Vridhi AI posted on your timeline" and click Remove.
  6. Step 6: You may also click on View Removed Apps, select Vridhi AI, and click Send Request to automatically trigger our server deletion callback. Facebook will provide you with a unique Confirmation Code that you can track below.

Direct In-App Deletion via Vridhi Dashboard

If you are an active Vridhi user or administrator, you can permanently erase your workspace data directly from your dashboard:

Workspace Disconnect: Go to Settings > WhatsApp and click Disconnect to purge your live token and stop all webhook processing immediately.
Account Closure: Navigate to Settings > Login & Security to initiate full account termination. All leads, message logs, campaigns, and dynamic QR media will be permanently deleted from our primary database.
