Except as expressly set forth in this policy or required by applicable law, all purchases, subscriptions, and credit purchases made through the Services are final and non-refundable. The Company incurs significant infrastructural and third-party costs (including AI processing and carrier fees) immediately upon your use of the Services, which makes broad refund policies unsustainable.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles. However, you will not receive a refund or credit for any partial month, unused credits, or remaining time in your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current paid term.

3. Exceptions for Refund Requests

We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Failures: If you experience a significant, verifiable, and persistent technical failure of the core Services that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
• Accidental Charges: If you are charged accidentally after legitimately submitting a cancellation request before the renewal date, provided you notify us within 3 days of the charge.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer or bank, your account and access to the Services may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence of your agreement to these terms and your usage of the Services to your bank or payment processor.

5. Unused Credits

Any credits, whether purchased directly or allocated as part of a subscription tier, have no cash value and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits may expire at the end of your billing cycle depending on your specific plan terms.
